So here we are one night comparing our latest notes on some great beers that we had in the last week, and I start to make a list of all of the beer that I need to try, I lost that list and could not remember them for the life of me. A couple of weeks later my girlfriend and I go to my favorite beer store, the Four Firkens, buying a Christmas six pack for Steve, and of course I end up getting myself one as well. As we are leaving Emily says to me "you guys need a reason to drink all the beer you do, you guys should start a blog." Not sure if she was kidding or not, but the seed had been planted. So now my two good friends and beer sources, Steve, Bill, and myself decided to share our thoughts and tasting notes on some great beer. As well as keeping a record of what we have to try, what was amazing, and what not to buy again. And we figure who can the public trust on what beer is delicious, who else but three gentleman with beards, handlebar mustaches, and who love beer. So gather some friends, pour yourself some beer, and raise a glass to great beer, friends, and great beards!
